Dr Torquato was very good at explaining any questions I had and sharing his medical view point on all the items we went over. I totally appreciate his view that there is a remedy for any malady. Thumbs up for Dr Torquato.

The receptionist, Rosemary, is so very sweet. She is always happy to see you. Both her and Dr. Torquato always greet you with a smile! I appreciate Dr. Torquato’s genuine concern for my health, and taking the time to listen carefully to the concerns I have brought up to him. He is thorough and will make referrals whenever necessary. He truly cares about his patients. I love this is a faith based practice and has the love of Jesus. And having prayer before leaving is such a blessing!

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Doctor spent a lot of time with me and made sure I understood the options for treatment, etc I have been going here for years and have referred many people to this practice

Dr. Torquato was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic, and gave me plenty of his time for a new patient visit. The doctor readily created two referrals and set up an appointment for the following week to review results. I sent a question through the portal later that day and someone from the office called me the next day. This is a small office with a small staff. There was some confusion with my insurance, but to be fair, it is confusing with member ID numbers on the card not matching the member ID in the health insurance company’s system.

As usual Dr. John was very attentive to what I was telling him. Quick to review notes and records as this was a follow up. Made a better plan and gave good instructions.

Dr. John gave me expert medical advice and helped me to put together an excellent treatment plan to address my continued improvement and healing for the issues I visited him. Dr.Torquato is the most responsive and respectful doctor I have ever had. He takes time to really go over everything. I always leave my appointments with him knowing that he has and will address all issues with my health and well being.

I had a really tough time this visit. I am a 62 year old woman, in charge of my own health, but I don’t feel like I was heard at all. On the one hand the doctor is very thorough, but I am not a child and I know my own body. I would like to be able to collaborate instead of being told what to do. I explained from the start that I will not take pharmaceuticals and why. I pray I won’t have to revisit that choice every time I come. I know the doctor is under a lot of pressure-as am I, and I pray we will be able to work as a team. Thank you

I have always had good experiences with Dr. Torquato. He listens and explains things very well. I only wish he was more into natural ways to take care of disease. He is excellent with lifestyle medicine though, and very good with diabetics

My old primary care physician quit his medical practice during the pandemic (like so many have), so I needed a new primary care doc. I had my first telehealth appointment with Dr. Torquato, and it went very well. He listened carefully to me, understands and respects my plant based lifestyle and health goals, and I can already tell he will be a great partner and guide to not just maintaining, but improving, my health. He also quickly identified some obvious shortcomings in my previous health care plan and will be working to improve those areas. So far, I am convinced that I made the right choice in Dr. Torquato!
